Welcome to the speaker resources page for the Nature Photo Summit. This online event is designed to increase the love and appreciate for nature photography, help spread information to protect natural places, and give speakers like you a platform to grow your photography and earn income while doing it.

How it will work
The Nature Photo Summit will take place November 6-8, 2026. The entire summit will be virtual and done online. Registrants will receive the daily speakers via email so that they can attend live.
While the summit is free to register, the VIP tier gives participants 6 months access to content as well as bonus perks like live sessions, drawings, bonus resources, and more. As affiliates, this is where you can earn the most from participating in the summit.
What I'll ask of you
This section lays out the simple tasks needed of you based on the signed speaker agreement and to make the summit successful for everyone.
1. Basic Information
Before the Summit opens for registration, I will need your presentation by October 7, your headshot, and the title of your presentation.
2. Presentation
Your presentation must be turned in by October 7 unless we've agreed upon an extension. You can record yourself and send me the recording, or we can set up a time to record together. If you're recording yourself, the video must be at least 1080p in resolution.
3. Promotion
Promotion for the summit will begin on October 7. Based on the signed speaker agreement, all presenters are responsible for at least one email to their email list and two social media posts. With that being said, the more you promote, the more you can earn.
I will provide each speaker with promotional graphics for email and social media posts. I will also provide each speaker with a basic outline of bonus materials and suggested email promotion outlines.
Affiliate Details
You must sign up for your affiliate account by October 1. If you do not sign up for your affiliate account, you cannot be given your personal link to earn your commission.
Affiliate commission is 50% of total sales from your link.
You will receive an email with an invitation to sign up for your affiliate account.
Remember you will receive a personal affiliate code to track purchases made by your audience. The affiliate payouts will be made after the summit is complete but before December 15. All affiliate commission is based on your audience purchasing the VIP Experience. I have strategically priced the VIP Experience and placed it in the registration process, so it's most important that you only focus on people registering at first. Speaker Email Templates and Graphics
In this Google Drive folder, you will find a document with instructions and date ranges to send these email templates or promotions. Please feel free to read through the promotion emails and make them your own if you'd like. I've made the templates as copy and paste ready as possible to make them easy to share.
You will also find a folder with Promotional Graphics. There are graphics in 9x16 for stories (with room in the graphic to add your affiliate link) and 4x5 for posts. You will also find personalized presenter graphics to share with your audience as well.
