Welcome to the Nature Photo Summit ("Summit"), an online educational event organized by David Johnston ("Organizer," "we," "our," or "us"). By registering for or accessing the Summit, you agree to the following Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

TERMS OF USE

1. Event Description

The Nature Photo Summit is an online educational event featuring presentations from professional photographers and educators.

Free Registration: November 6–8, 2026
VIP Package: Includes access to all summit presentations and bonus content for six (6) months following the conclusion of the Summit.

Dates and programming are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Registration

By registering for the Summit, you agree that:

You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
The information you provide is accurate and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address used during registration.

3. VIP Package

VIP purchasers receive:

Six (6) months of access to summit presentations.
Access to any bonuses specifically listed at the time of purchase.

Access expires six months after the Summit concludes. Once access expires, recordings and materials may no longer be available.

4. Intellectual Property

All Summit presentations, videos, graphics, documents, downloads, and educational materials are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Presenters retain ownership of their individual presentations and content.

Except where expressly permitted:

You may not reproduce, copy, redistribute, sell, share, upload, or publicly display any Summit materials.
Recording, downloading (unless specifically provided), or screen capturing Summit presentations for redistribution is prohibited.

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access the materials during the access period.

5. Speaker Opinions

The views expressed by presenters are their own and do not necessarily reflect those of the Organizer.

Educational information presented during the Summit is intended for informational purposes only.

6. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase:

VIP purchases are non-refundable.
If technical issues prevent access, we will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide an alternative solution.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Organizer is not responsible for:

Internet outages
Platform interruptions
Device compatibility issues
Temporary technical difficulties beyond our reasonable control

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the VIP Package.

8. Changes to the Summit

We reserve the right to:

Modify the speaker lineup
Change presentation schedules
Substitute presenters if necessary
Update the Summit format when appropriate

Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.

9. Acceptable Use

Participants agree not to:

Share login credentials.
Attempt to copy or distribute Summit content.
Engage in abusive or disruptive behavior toward presenters or other attendees.
Violate any applicable laws while using the Summit website.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

PRIVACY POLICY

1. Information We Collect

When you register or purchase the VIP Package, we may collect:

Name
Email address
Billing information (processed securely through our payment processor)
Purchase history
Website analytics
Device and browser information

We do not store full credit card information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Register you for the Summit
Deliver summit access
Process payments
Send event reminders
Deliver VIP content
Provide customer support
Send updates about future Nature Photo Summit events and related photography education offerings (you may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time)

By registering, you agree to receive emails related to:

VIP purchase information

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in those emails.
